The project is a muti-functional public space with diverse landscape designed for high-density urban community with limited land resource. Based on the study of the urban compact space, designers put forward the concept of vertical garden, which perfectly integrating diverse spaces with community, and combining the surrounding industrial landscape resources to create a garden landscape space and residential activity space.

It will be a park that in addition to the wave pool will have a gastronomic village, numerous bistros and restaurants, a complete sports area, a resort with incredible spaces, all inserted in a well-crafted landscape atmosphere, using native species and taking the issue of sustainability very seriously. A space of high spirits to be enjoyed by the whole family.
Continue readingThe design of the Mercury hotel garden was taken from the world under the sea such as corals which are the first thing that appears in your eyes while your fit touches the Persian gulf water on the beach around Kish Island. At night, the lighting of the coral garden reminds the experience of walking on the beach with the view of bioluminescence coastal creatures that are found in the sea line of the Persian Gulf. This 5-star hotel has been one of the most important constructions in Kish Island since 2019, which is located on the coral coast of Kish Island.

With rapid developing, it is urgent to establish a modern urban public space for improving the ecological environment and providing the living space of the residents. The project was designed to be an ecology-oriented urban public space with an integrated ecosystem. Low Impact Development Strategy was adapted to protect its existing ecological functions and recovered the ecosystem. Various functional spaces are built by the participatory and ground-based design skills for people at different ages.

The curved ergonomics stargazing profile not just resembles the dynamics of the scenic shoreline of Sai Kung, but becomes a harmonic overtone of nearby landscape. A tranquil and comfortable spot for the busy Hong Konger to lie down and feel the beauty of the night sky. The light wood color with a touch of timber grain blend the design into Mother Nature. As a counterpart to the vivid city, the design is a window to unveil the natural side of Hong Kong to local and tourist hikers, provoking a rethink of the image of Hong Kong.
Continue reading“Yukyu En”, Garden of Eternity, consists of six gardens. Each plays a unique role in the process of saying goodbye to a loved one. The main garden is a modern kare-sansui viewing garden named “Tabidachi no iwa”, Garden for Setting Off on a Journey. The front part represents the present life, while the rare part, which features a single tree among the rocks and gravels, is the afterlife. The white sand that connects two parts represents the mythical river, where the dead move to the afterlife. Another garden, which reflects the changing sky in the pool, reminds the transience of life.
