BBMG Jincheng Real Estate

BBMG Jincheng Real Estate's design mission was to fuse the native culture and history with modern day life. Because this project is located at Xuhang Xinshi Town, Jiangding District of Shanghai. Xuhang is a town which is famous for its Chinese folk culture and art. The designer used new water view, landscape accessories and green space to make a relaxed and comfortable space for the residents.

Dahua Pan An Lake is located at an ancient city of China.The designers intended to fuse the ancient Chinese culture and modern lives. With the intent of creating an artistic tone throughout the project, the design team introduced a series of outdoor rooms and used a water system to harmoniously connect the outdoor spaces.

Shimao Loong Palace

Loong Palace draws on the painting Fairyland of Peach Blossoms by the painter Qiu Ying in the Ming Dynasty for the context. It covers about 17,000 square meters and faces the Western Hills of Beijing. Adhering to the product proposition of cultural relics begets all things in the world, the project becomes a new landscape combined with the pith of southern and northern gardens to realize the ideal living environment for modern people.

Guiyang New Community Park

The project provides a novel solution for the community park in Guiyang, China. A resilient design with a minimum of intervention that respects the site and highlights the local karst geography and former land use. As a result, the community park successfully integrates a program of leisure activities for the public with the preservation of karst landscape formations on the one hand and a waterfront design to support the dynamic hydrological processes on the other.

Art One

Art One makes the terrain varied according to the axis of the site, introduces surrounding natural resources, and forms a microclimate with a group of trees. An art gallery connects the spaces, and integrates fashionable hollow-carved elements and color blocks, enhancing the artistic sense of the site. It also implants four functional boxes around a green environment to create a wonderful experience space, both making the space more integrated, and better integrated with the theme.
