Dahua Pan An Lake is located at an ancient city of China.The designers intended to fuse the ancient Chinese culture and modern lives. With the intent of creating an artistic tone throughout the project, the design team introduced a series of outdoor rooms and used a water system to harmoniously connect the outdoor spaces.

Because this project is located at Xuhang Xinshi Town, Jiangding District of Shanghai. Xuhang is a town which is famous for its Chinese folk culture and art. The designer used new water view, landscape accessories and green space to make a relaxed and comfortable space for the residents.
Continue readingUtilization of the open rooftop space made it possible to enhance the kindergarten's edutainment needs without sacrificing the preservation of the historic courtyard buildings and trees. The rubberized playground surface material cloaks the entire roof in varying hues of earth tones and provides a safe and comfortable surface on which the children can run, jump, fall, laugh, crawl and climb. The rich colors were derived from the vibrant pallet of colors that wrap the eves of the ancient Chinese buildings, further referencing the connection between the old and new.

The back yard gradually start from the water ramp which connect the sky. After walking up the steps, people can stroll through in the floating swimming pool, enjoy the leisure vacation. The hotel-style meeting space in front of the building invites clients enjoy a lazy life, accompany them and families listen to the future story together.

From concepts to forms, a series of fancy scenes with magic colors are depicted. Through scattering the landscape installations in different shapes over different places, the dream journey of LCC Pandora starts.

It covers about 17,000 square meters and faces the Western Hills of Beijing. Adhering to the product proposition of cultural relics begets all things in the world, the project becomes a new landscape combined with the pith of southern and northern gardens to realize the ideal living environment for modern people.
