The Winnovation design project inspired by aesthetics of eastern cultural gardens, the overall layout of the base focuses on creating an axis that balances the space. Other than bringing in lots of multilevel plantings and utilizing features of the base, the design team also introduces an aquatic ecosystem into the base by creating a belt ecological pond.

An art country hidden in the city. The design core is inspired and elaborated from the fairy tale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Accompanying the urban landscape, the indoor and outdoor scenes well interprets the artistic resentence with design and story.
Continue readingThe project adopts the layout and form of the Summer Palace to set a magnificent tone, and meanwhile adsorbs the distinctive liveliness of Jiangnan gardens. The overall layout draws on the dignified form of Summer Palace, while the details refer to delicate Jiangnan gardens. In this way, the design integrates the quintessence of gardens in north and south China and truly creates various scenes in every garden, which offers changing landscapes to the moving visitors. The project presents different views in each garden, combines landscape and functionality.
Continue readingThrough modern design language and cultural symbols of classical gardens, this case arranges and combines the natural elements of plants, rocks and waterscape, and interprets the artistic conception of ancient Suzhou with contemporary techniques and modern materials. In order to combine the site characteristics with the sense of returning home ceremony, the whole space structure is divided into five levels. Through the carding of all spaces, visitors can experience the different mood of shuttling between traditional and modern in every turn.
